What services do Cab Aid provide?
Cab Aid is a specialist accident management company dedicated to providing services directly to taxi companies, operators, drivers and chauffeurs. We also provide services to brokers, insurers and other intermediaries with customers and policyholders in the hire and reward sector. Cab Aid can:
- Provide you with an appropriate replacement vehicle so you can continue your business
- Organise and fund repairs to your damaged vehicle
- Complete and administer all documentation for your claim
- Arrange and pay for all license applications, vehicle tests and appropriate plating

What replacement transport will I get?
Cab Aid own and operate a large fleet of vehicles and will provide you with a replacement vehicle of a similar standard as the damaged vehicle to ensure you can continue your business with the minimum of disruption. We will ensure the vehicle is appropriately licensed and plated.
What if I am injured?
If you (or any passengers) suffer an injury as the result of an accident that wasn’t your fault you are legally entitled to claim compensation. You may have suffered whiplash or a more serious injury. Cab Aid can refer you to solicitors who will act for you to claim compensation.
What if Cab Aid takes on your case and then decides you were partly to blame?
As long as you have been honest with Cab Aid and continue to co-operate in the process your claim will be honoured. If you have already purchased a legal expenses policy, this may cover any legal representation or costs.
